2020 wasn’t an easy year for anyone. At this point, I think every one of us has been impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. While it remained uncertain for much of last year, by September, it was clear that even SEMA would have to adjust to the new normal, and on a massive scale. SEMA360 launched after many other trade events had attempted going to digital with various degrees of success. From what I’ve experienced, it has been the only event that has come close to being as good as the live show with having access to 650 of the top manufacturers for the performance and racing industries.

The online portal featured daily content including videos, educational seminars, and round table discussions. The connectivity aspect was a feature our team found the most useful, as we were able to connect one-on-one with many of the manufacturers and service providers that are featured in our 2021 Top Products. It is unfortunate that access to contacts and messages was lost after the event was over, and probably my only complaint. Beyond that, I would say SEMA360 was a success.

Volume Five marks our first full schedule with nine issues slated this year. Besides our up-to-the-minute updates on RacingEquipmentNews.com and our social media channels, our digital magazine is designed to allow our readers to connect directly with performance parts and equipment manufacturers and suppliers. Discover what’s available to meet your performance goals for all forms of racing, from circle-track, street or the strip, road course, drifting, or off-road. Racing Equipment News is your source for performance in 2021.

A sincere thank you to all that have helped us get to the starting line this year,

Nick Boliek
